Welcome to St. Johns!

The people of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church believe that Christ calls us to be a church that reaches out into the community – the local community and the world as a whole – to do God’s Work with Our Hands.

 

Our mission statement, “Living in Christ – Sharing God’s Love” defines who we are as a community of Christ’s church and enables us to support more than 30 mission efforts with our time and talents. 

House of the Little Ones

 

The House of the Little Ones is a place for homeless children in Cuzco, Peru.

Our Ministry

We support the House of the Little Ones with donations, collected by the children of the congregation each Sunday and placed in a special container that sits in front of the altar. 

In the past, several people of St. John's have traveled to Cuzco to visit the House of the Little Ones.

Getting Involved

Anyone who attends a worship service at St. John's has an opportunity to give one of our children a donation to place in the special container.
